Call Option(% of strike price) = 22.08% what does this mean? Can we determine the price of the call option?

Assuming the following at the money options on the SPI index are available in the market: Call Option (% of strike Price 4000) = 22.08%

  1. This doesnt really make an sense. To price an option, you need the price of the underlying, the strike, the expiration, and the risk free rate. The "% of strike price" doesnt mean anything. Whats 22.08% of the strike price? The option price? Theres something missing here.
