I own ISO stock options in a private company. Who can I sell them to?
I own fully vested ISO stock options in a private company. Now, tracking their valuation is going to be hard to do, but the thought came to me about who can I sell them to if I chose to do so? These are not the kind of stocks one can just list with a broker. At least, this is true based on what I know about them.

- If you were issued stock options in the initial stock offerings within a private company, are there restrictions as to selling them outside the company? In a couple of instances where I had earned shares for prior uncompensated services, the company had the right of first refusal in the event I wanted to sell my shares . This was a way of preventing a hostile takeover by an outside investor.
- Sell it back to the company. They are required to buy them back.
