planning to roll 401k into ira,whats the best out there for trading stocks short term?

i can keep plan where its at but restricted to switching around between their funds with no stock buying ability,i like day trading on paper and want this option for real thru ira..anyone doing this and with whom?

1. If you are going to "day trade" within an IRA, you need the IRA set up with a brokerage. But that's not a good method of retirement investing. Even Jim Cramer says so.
