is it possible for someone trading options and short sells?

to take someone elses money and lose it by trading options and short selling stocks through thier margin account,but somehow have another account or a partners account where those stocks could go,i geuss im wondering if one trader can choose who can buy thier puts and calls.

1. No. They go into the market and anyone willing to pay the quoted price gets them - including the market maker.
2. If you open a hedge fund you can trade other peoples money. Of course if you don't turn a profit all the investors will withdraw their money.
