Most recently, I learned how to trade Options in US markets... Now, can I somehow later open a company related to trading, etc? I'm only 19 btw. I will first try to get profits using my own money.... then maybe open a company with a few partners...hehe...if any...if I can... What do you think? I'll start with a $600 investment in options and see what happens...

  1. You will need more than skill. You must have luck. I have to admire your effort. I really, really, really hope you succeed. Please begin your company as a proprietorship. When you have enough capitalization, please form a corporation in the state of Alaska, Wyoming, or Nevada. Those three have the best laws to protect the people who have LLCs. Once the LLC is formed, open another company with the LLC as the manager. This second entity requires the lawyers who will sue you to jump through two hoops instead of one. Work on the name of your company for a few months prior to formation. The name can make you . Or break you. (One company had a name something like National Surety Financing. People did not want to deal with a company whose abbreviated name was NSF - - - the term banks can use for Non-Sufficient Funds.) If I were a Knowledge Partner, I would want to help. However, you will have to do this on your own. If you elect to continue this pursuit, do not let some clown on Yahoo talk you out of it. MARCH FORWARD!
