How to start with BPOs broker price options?

I'm looking for an extra income now that I have a baby and I have to take care of her, and I heard something about BPOs but I don't know anything about it, I would like to know how to start, do I need a certificate for it, do I need experience in some kind a related field, it will be easy to get a job doing this? Where can I find all the information about this?
