Trading in CLK320 for a nicer car?

I currently own a 2003 CLK 320 but I'm looking to trade up for a nicer car. The CLK has a black exterior, gray interior, and of course is a convertible. Car has been very nicely maintained. It is the "W208" body (the one before the newest look), but has all the options including nav. I'm looking for another Mercedes (or perhaps another high end maker) that looks a little fresher. I don't care if it's convertible or not and for that matter SUVs are okay also. The only condition is that I can probably only spend 10k more than I will get for the CLK. Anyway, please give me your suggestions, so far I'm looking at a used Range Rover or a CL600. Thanks, James

1. well according to Edmund's your vehicle if sold to a private party is worth about 20 but about 15 maybe 17k as a trade in.. so ten thousand above min puts you at 25k for another car... you seem to be looking at a more adult oriented car that looks sophisticated but also sporty... the 03 range rovers are nice but if you like driving fast its not really for you since turns will have to be taken slower due to the high center of gravity... i would go more toward BMW 03 7 series is in that range or maybe a lexus 05 LS430 they are nice roomy and look sophisticated
